Four Unknown Men c1914-1919

ANYONE RECOGNISE THEM?

This unused photo postcard was found among my partner's parents' effects. His parents were Cinderford born and his father's family were Forest of Dean born and bred for generations back (mainly Cinderford, Mitcheldean and Huntley). we are fairly sure that these are from Mike's paternal line rather than maternal..... therefore Barnard/Bevan/Griffiths/Green/Harris or perhaps Trigg or Poyner related rather than Whittle/Lawson.

We've had the photograph professionally dated to between 1914 and 1919...… and the expert believed the young men were not from the same family.
