by Chris Lyon, (26 days ago) @ slowhands
Many thanks from this "Ancestry Virgin"!! We're starting off on the long voyage of trying to trace my wife's family. We had a very pleasant visit to the area a couple of weeks ago and although enjoying our short break, we decided that t'internet might be a better way to start.
Thanks again.
Chris & Joan Lyon
PS. By coincidence, we found out today that one of her ancestors lived/worked in the village where we stayed - Aylburton
