About our data
We have brought together a large body of searchable information of interest to genealogists. It covers the Forest of Dean and some of itsits surrounding areas.
You can see the details of the towns and parishes within our area of interest.
Many of the resources are transcriptions of records for specific parishes including Births (christenings), Marriages and Deaths (burials) for the individual parish registers and Memorial inscriptions from various parish churchyards.
Oher transcriptions cover wider areas or specific institutions. See the items in the menu.
